oil 20” square canvas I had a home out of Key Largo.My Doctor told me in Miami that I had inherited the family heart and it was not a good thing so i drove home thru the wetlands of the Keys alone sun burning thru the mangroves on the 20mi stretch went home and started painting these scenes honestly it is how it looks and feels.You could be in Africa,crocodiles, Fl panthers,sharks all kind of tropical critters and azure turquoise water and mangrove it is spectacular . And I ask myself what am I doing In NJ .I’m just fishin’ for ideas i can live with now working in spite of it all.This painting began sitting in my doctors office sketching from a 1960’s picture of her father in Hollywood Fl. when they nailed the fish tails up for display, it’s where all the fish paintings come from just fish no religious content but wackos somehow see that in the fish paintings like they hear voices and theirs are right and the other wackos are wrong, beats me it is not my thought or intention.Alas the river of paranoia runs deep.Limited Editions be careful.....there will be no foreign sera graph painters making cheap copies of my work, if you find some poor soul copying my content or ideas let me know I’ll chase ‘em down,my prints will be hand pulled by me, the paintings will be made and finished by me the only thing from a printer will be my business cards, and that control means what you buy will be of worth and verifiable. 68’Trumpy BBC Red Fish Pass Captiva Fl.
